Successful Patent Invalidation at the Chamber of Patent Disputes

Our team of experts has successfully completed the process of having a patent for invention invalidated.

Taking into account the results of hearings at the Chamber for patent disputes, the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) has decided to grant the objection prepared by our experts challenging the Russian patent No. 2643007 "Reduction iron oxide to metallic iron using natural gas" and to declare a full invalidation of the challenged patent.

The objection was filed in accordance with Article 1398 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, on the grounds that the invention failed to meet the patentability requirements established by Article 1350 of the Civil Code.
