In 1994, he graduated from the Financial and Economic Institute named after Voznesensky. He studied at the Faculty of Law of Saint Petersburg State University. Since 1994, he has been working in the field of intellectual property. He has been managing the company since 1994.
Ilya possesses deep knowledge and extensive experience in protecting intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
