Court fees to increase in Russia

The State Duma has adopted amendments to the Tax Code, providing for an increase in the official fees for consideration of court cases. In general, an increase of 5-50 times is expected, most significantly in property-related claims with a high assessment of the claim.
For IP, as a way of example, challenging Rospatent's decisions will increase for individuals from RUR 300 to 10,000, for legal entities from RUR 2,000 to 60,000.
The bill is awaiting approval by the Federation Council and signing by the president.
