EAPO's New PPH Program

From 1 January 2025, it will be possible to accelerate the examination of invention applications within the framework of a new PPH procedure, EA-PPH, which involves the Eurasian Patent Office and four national offices of: Azerbaijan, Belarus, Russia and Tajikistan.
It should be reminded that the EAPO currently has permanent PPH agreements with Japan, China, Korea and the European Patent Office.
