Official fees in Uzbekistan to increase from September 1

According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-115-son dated 23 June 2026, the basic calculation amount (BCA) will increase by approximately 7%. Accordingly, the amounts of patent and other fees, as well as the tariffs for services provided by the Intellectual Property Center, will also change.
The increased fees and tariffs will be charged starting from 1 September 2026.
