IP acquiring procedure to change for some right holders

The Presidential Decree establishes the procedure for acquiring exclusive rights from some foreign right holders. Thus, to make a transaction, it is necessary to obtain permission from the Government Commission for the Control of Foreign Investments in the Russian Federation and to carry out any settlements on special accounts.
