Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade Updates the List of Goods Allowed for Parallel Import

On 26 September 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation adopted another set of amendments to the list of goods covered by the parallel import mechanism. The order was officially published on 27 November 2025, with part of the amendments taking effect immediately and the rest scheduled to enter into force six months after publication.

Several brands and product categories have been removed from the list, including:

• printing equipment and consumables by Ricoh;

• oral care products Biorepair;

• electric shavers and household devices Braun, Oral-B;

• navigation and surveying devices Trimble;

• toys and games by Spin Master;

• a range of items under Torneo, Amazone, and others.

At the same time, the list has been expanded to include new categories — in particular, certain medical devices under the A&D brand.

💡 The Ministry continues to adjust the list in response to market conditions. Rights holders, distributors, and importers should factor in these updates when planning supply chains or assessing IP-related risks.
