Amendments to Art.1260 of Russian Civil Code

On June 13, 2023 a law was published which supplements par.4 of Art. 1260 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation with a provision that guarantees the protection of the rights of authors of works on the basis of which another work or a composite work was created.
