Discounts on patent fees for small businesses, educational organizations and research institutes

The draft decree currently under consideration concerning the increase of patent fees provides for substantial discounts for small businesses, educational organizations with state accreditation and scientific organizations. The amounts of the respective fees are specified in Annex No. 2 of this draft.
