Step towards Eurasian trademarks and utility models

According to the Resolution of the Federation Council of 21 May 2025, it is planned to consider, within the next year, the establishment of Eurasian systems for the legal protection of trademarks and utility models under the authority of the Eurasian Patent Organisation (EAPO).
