Official Fees to Increase in Russia

Amendments to the Regulations on Patent and Other Fees have been published:
- increasing the amount of fees by 10-15% on average,
- canceling the 30% discount for e-filing,
- annuities for a patent shall be paid in bulk every 5 years,
- expansion of the categories of citizens and organizations that are entitled to reduced fees.
The amended Regulations are expected to take effect on October 5, 2024.
