The list of goods for parallel import has been amended

The Ministry of Industry and Trade published Order No. 3028 of 05.07.2024 that changes the list of goods in respect of which the provisions of Art. 1252, 1254, para. 5 of Art. 1286.1, Art. 1301, 1311, 1406.1, subpara. 1 of Art. 1446, Art. 1472, 1515 and 1537 of the Civil Code of Russia are not applicable provided that the said goods are put into circulation outside Russia by the right holders or upon their consent.
