EAPO to increase official fees from February 1, 2025

The fees to be charged by the Eurasian Patent Office for applications and patents for inventions from 1 February 2025 have been announced. The fees for almost all actions have been increased, with the amount of the increase ranging from 50 to 10,000 roubles, depending on the action.
In addition, the Regulation on Fees clarifies the time limit for submitting a payment document when filing an opposition to the grant of a patent (paragraph 7(2)).
