Belarus Official Fee Increase

From January 1, 2025, in the Republic of Belarus, fees relating to inventions, utility models, industrial designs and trademarks are charged in modified amounts.

The amounts of fees for inventions, utility models, industrial designs are changed only with respect to the annuities starting from the 6th year. The trademark fees changes only concern the renewal of validity of a trademark registration, as well as registration of a collective trademark.
