Patent Fees of Uzbekistan to Increase from August 1, 2025

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 02.06.2025 No. DP-91, the basic calculation value (BCV) is set to increase by approximately 10%, which means a commensurate change in amounts of patent and other fees.
The increased patent fees will begin to be collected from August 1, 2025.
