Please be informed about an increase of the official fees related to the IP matters in Russia, including annuities, effective as of October 6, 2017. That said, under the new Official Fee Regulations, a 30% discount is available for certain actions if requested electronically.

Furthermore, certain categories of applicants, such as an applicant being the only author or a self-employed entrepreneur, now enjoy the possibility to pay reduced official fees.

The annuities for Eurasian patents in Russia also saw an increase from October 6, 2017.
