The Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) pilot program between the Eurasian Patent Office (EAPO) and the European Patent Office (EPO) is launching on October 1, 2017.

The EAPO-EPO program supplements the existing EAPO-JPO PPH pilot program providing foreign applicants with additional possibilities for accelerated prosecution of Eurasian patent applications.

The EAPO-EPO program will be in effect during the three years at the least.
