We are glad to announce that the Geneva Act of the Hague Agreement concerning the International Registration of industrial designs is in force in the Russian Federation as of February 28, 2018.
From now on, Russian applicants enjoy the possibility of filing one international design application to seek patent protection on the territory of the members of the Hague Union.
Furthermore, foreign applicants are enabled to seek patent protection for designs in Russia through the Hague system. Please keep in mind that Russia has made several Declarations under the Act and feel free to contact us for explanation of peculiarities of using the Hague system in Russia.
